Old World Border Patrol at Dark Fire Cafe!

We're really excited to announce our first 500pt tournament, using new official rules for smaller games. Beginners can get their first taste of the Old World at a more manageable scale; experienced players should find a fresh and compact tactical challenge.

Event Details: 500pts per army. Reflecting the size of the forces, and based on the recently published Seize the Tower scenario, army selection will also have the following exceptions:
 
Minimum two units. Each player’s army must include a minimum of two non-character units, not three.
 
Character limitations. Neither player may spend more than 125 points on a single character.
 
Unit sizes. Neither player may spend more than:
175 points on a single Core unit 150 points on a single Special unit 125 points on a single Rare or Mercenary unit
Everyone gets one. Each player may ignore a single 0-X per 1000pt limit, for a unit, a character or an upgrade. This might mean, for example, that you can take a unit upgrade limited to 0-1 per 1,000 points, but that means you cannot a unit also subject to such a limitation.
 
Legacy armies allowed

No Painting requirement - Special incentives for fully painted armies
