Club 40k Thursdays

Service Description

Club 40k allows players to arrange games without having to find an opponent in advance! Games are played with either 1000 or 2000 point armies, and anyone who's read the rules is welcome to take part. Dark Fire Cafe will have a member of staff on hand to make sure everyone has an opponent and will be able to give advice on rules and help newer players if needed. The minimum requirement for taking part is having: - Read the rules for Warhammer 40,000 - A 1000 point army with correct army list (no legends units please). - Up to date rules for your army/units that you can reference during play. Games can also be played at 2000 points, though we ask you bring a 1000 point variant list in case your only available opponent has 1000 points. Players will be paired by a member of staff who is on hand to assist and act as an opponent if needed. Due to the two army size options though it's possible there may be 2v1 (2x 1000pts vs 2000pts) or 2v2 games arrange if the staff member thinks this will benefit the group. There will also be campaigns and events running alongside these sessions. Taking part in these is optional and you can still attend and play casual games.
